The I AM Dialogues began after I porformed an experimental meditation that involved me finding or journeying to, none other than, my higher self. When I found more than I could ever bargain for, Paula did the same and found more than we could have ever imagined. While there is much more to this story (that seems to be - well, becoming a short story or book) that I cannot share with you right now ,either because I am still writing it or haven't revised it enough to print here, I do plan on publishing it in the future. I wanted to remain loyal to our small but humble following here and thought that I should share this very important time in our lives as you share your own stories with us and the rest of the world. And, believe me, we are changing the world - all of us!

The I AM dialogues is, well, like the opening (which you are about to read) says it is: A multi dimensional painting that requires no artistic tools to create it with, because it is a work of art that only requires our intention to reconnect with our higher selves. When we do this, we bridge the gap that has seperated man from the I am for far too long. At its core, however, it is a dialogue and there will be real questions asked and real answers given - between me, my higher self and God - The IAM.

While I am the author of this article, I want to make it very clear that Paula was absolutely integral in the information we have been shown and been gifted in receiving. The information is not channeled - in other words, we sought it out! As spirit guide and spirit mother have told us before, "you hard heads, you are supposed to do it together," and alas, finally, we hear her. That is where this information is coming from. We have literally combined our meditational journeys and all the people, places and things we have seen, to create this article. We are making notes of what works and what doesn't work - especially in regards to the hands-on portions of this article. We are also keeping logs and making sketches as well as pastel paintings of all the people and places we see.

One other note before we begin - and I really mean this from my heart: What you are about to read (in its partiality) is so far beyond anything that I could have ever imagined a Twin Flame experience to be, that I feel like I am 4-wheeling it in back country of the spirit realm. What I am saying is this: I am like a reporter of sorts, I go out (in the field) and report the situation at hand, come back and then I write the story - if there is one that I feel is important to share. That's all we do - both Paula and I. And, as visitors to this web site, I would hope that you not take everything at face value and instead, question everything - go find out for yourselves. You have to see it to believe it. These are your paths - all unique - for you and you alone to go out or within, should I say, and claim. And, it begins by reconnecting with your higher selves, getting to know one another, holding a dialogue and even connecting. Please enjoy ;)

The I AM Dialogues
(an excerpt from)

Let me paint you a picture. Only, this picture will be like no other painting I have ever done, or we have ever seen before. No, this painting will be a fluid work of art that is forever changing to our every intention.  A multi-dimensional masterpiece of the self, the higher self and the, I AM. In the creation of this picture, there will be no oils or brushes for me to use - only my hand and a good intention with which I will render the all of creation. The bright blue sky will be my canvas, the overcast will be my stage, and my higher self will be the key in showing me the way. However, this painting must not be created by only me, you see. No, this masterpiece is one for you to take part in as well - an interactive work of art in which our every loving intent, our every dream and our every desire, casts a new brush stroke across the heavens. This is no ordinary painting. In fact - Heaven is nothing we can ever really capture on canvas or even poetically pronounce and heaven is what the scale will never weigh, ounce for ounce. No, to join in the creation of this masterpiece, we must go within and reconnect to our higher selves. By going within and reconnecting to our higher selves, we re-establish continuity with The I Am, thus fulfilling the Holy Trinity. For, when we become one with all, we may become acting participants in the living, breathing, ever-changing masterpiece of an artwork - that is God. Allow me...

Sitting Indian style, I close my eyes. With my left hand (my receiving hand) I reach to the skies.
Then, with my right hand over my heart, I build the energy that will bring the higher self to rise -

With rhythmic breaths, the energy begins to flow as I turn my palms upward, upon my knees.
Willing that energy first to my left hand and then to my right I bring it back as I rhythmically breathe

Next - I send that energy down to my left foot and then I do the same with the right
Then, with one sweeping motion, I bring it all back to my heart, just before this bird takes flight -

Because in order for the soul to take flight, we must quiet the mind before we can go aerial
Only then, are the conditions right for going inward to that which we know as the ethereal

That's when I envision my non-physical self standing in front of a mirror - any mirror
For, in order to meet our higher selves we must look through the illusion, to see ourselves clearer

Our real selves -  higher selves, that God Spark from the all encompassing light of heaven's sum
Thus, in looking through that mirror, I may be transported to that place, from which I am from

and...

...and I see something. There is a structure. No,  there's more than that.

I see a city - a great big city with tall rectangular and geometrically shaped buildings. It's certainly not like any other city I have ever seen - like the ones we all know that are built with brick and steel. I just know this. How I know, I can't be sure. However, I just know. No, this city is made of large stones of all shapes and sizes. Only, they are not stone at all because they seem to sort of illuminate in varying colors ranging from violet to gold, to red and to turquoise, simply by focusing my attention upon them. Yes, the stones are responsive to our every thought or intention. These structures remind me of those ice sculptures that artisans make in the wintertime where they use fancy lighting to illuminate them.

Suddenly, I am hit with a startling realization. "Oh, my God, they are alive - the whole city - the streets, the buildings, are literally, alive."And, in the midst of this realization, I am wondering why there still seems to be no signs of life, human or otherwise - no people anywhere around.

I am now focusing my intention up into the air, I am noticing that the sun is out - only, it's not like a typical sun in regards to the fact that I am getting the impression that this sun, never sets. No, this sun, when you look at it, you don't just feel the warmth and see the light, no, this sun - it reaches out to you with showering sparks of love. In fact, I don't think this is a sun at all - it is the I AM - GOD!

While I am wanting to go into this sun with all of its love and light I can't help but think that the city itself reminds me of something very familiar. However, I just can't place it. Was it in a book? No. Was it a place I visited in Europe or Africa? No. No, it's not that either. What was it about this place that seems so eerily familiar?

Then, suddenly, I am beginning to make a correlation. "Is this my painting that I created when I was younger?"

This painting, it looks very similar to the one I made when I was 19 years old. How could this be? I had heard of the saying, "as it is above, so it is below," (that is of course, this was indeed, the above,) but never had I thought that it could work in the reverse. Was it a fluke? Perhaps, when I created that painting, it was just me, remembering. Yet, the more I thought about it, the more the questions began bombarding me. It was too much to wonder - too much information. I could barely handle anything more.

Up ahead a ways, off in the distance, there is a building that has caught my eye. No, better yet, it seems to sort of call to me. I would say that I am going to stop for a moment to inspect these, living walls of a city that I never dreamed imaginable. I would say that I am going to walk to it, but my feet are not even touching the ground. I would say that I am going towards this building on my own free will, yet I know that I am being guided there. I can feel it. It's as if I am in remote control.

This building, it is a very large building and the closer I get, it is beginning to remind me of the Kremlin in Russia because of the architecture of the tear drop shaped roof top - only, this building is easily twenty times the height and size - maybe more. Like the rest of the buildings that make up this amazing city - it too, is alive! And, the more I focus on it, the more it seems to come to life in brilliant colors of violet, gold and even pure white light.

Drifting along, I have now entered into an alleyway of sorts. Only, it's not like an alley in one of our cities, No, this is much cleaner. Strange thing about it - there is still no sign of people. "Where is everyone?"

While walking or drifting through this alley, should I say, I am noticing that I am actually passing in between two other, very tall buildings. I am noticing the sides of these building are slightly different than the first buildings, which looked like illuminated ice sculptures. No, these buildings seem more plane or neutral in that respect. However, upon closer inspection, while focusing my intent, I am noticing that there are these rubies or emerald looking stones stuck in the walls. Only, they are much bigger in size - about the size of grapefruits (only geometrically shaped) and they are everywhere. And, when I focus in on any given one of these stones, they respond by lighting up in every color and shade of a rainbow. Even the ones that are around them, seem to respond as well.

I am getting closer now, to that building that seems to "call" to me. I am emerging from in between the two tall buildings now and I am entering into an area that is wide open. Looking ahead and up, that Kremlin shaped building is now towering over me. I am getting the feeling that this is the center of the city. I just know it. This building gives me the impression that very important things go on in there and I am headed right for it.

I do not see any doors to this building however, there does appear to be many, very large, arch shaped windows. I am picking up speed and the closer I get, the entire building - the walls, windows and the dome, all seem to be lighting up with this brilliant white light.

I can see nothing but white light now. Then, just when I should have slammed into the side of this building, this white light has embraced me. I am safe in this white light, completely immersed in its love.

Then, suddenly, just as quickly as it had overtaken me, it is gone. I am now standing in a very large, sort of oval shaped room with very high ceilings that do not complete. No, these ceilings arch upwards to a point and stop, leaving the rooftop open the heavens above. And through that opening, the light of the I Am is shining, sparkling, reaching out, ever so brilliantly.

Looking around, in the center of this large, oval shaped room, coming out of the floor, I am noticing a sort of fountain. Only, it's not a fountain for water, it is a fountain for light. It seems to be about 50 feet in diameter, the structure or fountain bowl containing it, rises about 3 feet high off of the floor, and there is like this - sun, in the center of it. However, I can only see half of this ball of energy because the equator line of the sun (when visualized as a sphere) is flush with the lip of this fountain bowl that seems to be retaining it. And, it is the most dumbfounding, yet awe-inspiring thing I have ever seen - next to the walls of a city that are literally alive, of course!

I am still focusing on this sun - this ball of energy and as I do so, I am noticing that it is emitting showers or sparks of light that rather reminds me of fireworks that explode in the sky. And, there are millions of them that keep leaping and jumping out from the center of this sort of self contained sun.

Then, suddenly, just to the right of this "fountain of sun," a figure has appeared from out of nowhere. It appears to be a man and he is staring directly at me. I am drifting over to where he is now and in my mind, just as I have been chanting since this meditation started, I am calling out for my higher self.

"I am willing, I am determined and I will not quit until I know the real me," my physical self, declared, while holding my sight within the third eye. That's when I realize I am moving again.

I am getting closer now, getting closer. "Oh, wow, it's definitely a man!" I can see his face now and his vibe is emanating the masculine. I am now standing face to face with him. We are looking directly at one another.

That's when I notice his eyes. "Oh my God, his eyes are so full of life." Like the walls of this city, they pulse with life - they are in fact, alive! Yet, they are deeper still. I can see that around his pupils, there is a ring of red and around the ring there are splashes of every color imaginable and they seem to reach out for me from the deepest regions of his soul. I cannot stop looking into his eyes. I want to dive into them and stay there. It is home. On the one hand, I am mesmerized and on the other hand, I don't know what to do next because I never thought that this was how it was going to go. There are no rules or guidelines for this sort of experience, if you know what I mean.

Neither one of us are moving an inch. I can only imagine what my expression looks like to him. However, judging from his expression, even though he has not said anything to me, he has a smirk that seems to say, "Congratulations, you found me!" However, come to think of it, I could not have thought of a more appropriate smirk to greet him with, if he was the one to come to find me. It's just the way I would be, if I were in his shoes. Yet, the more I come to think of it, we are standing in each others shoes.

Then,  in the middle of wondering what I should say or do, a thought comes to mind and I get the idea to reach both of my hands out to him, but I am hesitant for some reason. I'm just not too sure if this is what I am supposed to do when meeting my higher self.

Then, another thought pops into my mind. Paula! The thought of Paula pops into my head.

"Of course, Paula, I wonder if I could find her higher self here, too," I shouted.

Suddenly, no sooner than the thought of Paula and her beautiful self had popped into my mind, another being has appeared, seemingly from out of nowhere, just to the left of where we are standing. And, it is a woman!

Your life path pre-destined before incarnation:
A journey to meet your higher self

Whether you are aware of it or not, you chose your destiny. We all did, only, I am just discovering that now and reconnecting with my higher self, has enabled me to see, meet and begin to understand --- the REAL ME. However, some of us will come to this realization only after a meeting with their Twin Flame, while others may arrive here on quite another spiritual path. There is no "wrong" way about it. However, by reconnecting with your own higher self, seeing what you really look like and knowing your real name (not the one chosen for you by your parents) you may begin to remember your own pre-destined life path as it was initially outlined in the Heaven's within.

Example: Let us say that you have found your Twin Flame. And, for example, he/she just so happens to be incarnate. You have experienced many of the cosmic sensations that Twin Flames so often describe and you have even come together to make a life with one another. After awhile, you begin to reflect upon your lives and how similar your paths, in which you chose, really are. Synchronicities abound, you begin to seek more answers. Then, one or both of you decide that you must find out more. You must dig deeper and this will require you to go within, because going within is the path you must take to meet your own true higher self, thus enabling you to remember - Your Life Path Pre-destined Before Incarnation.

I am going to give you my own personal meditation which enabled me to meet my own higher self, but before I do that, I must say that how we all arrive at this point, may tend to vary. For example, some of us may have already become acquainted with our higher selves while on a slightly different path, while others may have already seen their higher selves, either in a dream or vision. I, for one, saw my Twin Flames higher self, a long time ago when I was 17. She appeared to me in a dream and was the most beautiful deity I had ever seen. I literally thought I had died and gone to Heaven. Only, I was not able to connect those dots until after I had just recently reunited with my own higher self, thus enabling me to meet my Twin Flames own higher self. And, it was quite a reunion! So, as you can see, maybe you have already met your own higher self in a dream or vision. Perhaps you may have met your divine compliment's higher self, as well. Chances are, there will be dots for you to connect going all the way back to childhood. Think back over the years and try to remember any important dreams or visions that stand out from the rest and you may be pleasantly surprised.

Another thing we should understand, before I guide you through a meditation in hopes of helping you and others reconnect with their own higher selves' is how the higher self functions in relation to your physical self, here on Earth.

All along, from the time we incarnated here on Earth, our higher selves have been with us. They have been waiting, hoping, watching and praying for the possibility that one day, you may see through the grand illusion, that is life, and go within to reconnect with your own true self - your light body - your higher self. All along, you may have thought a prayer was just a prayer and that God would take care of it - hopefully. Well, since we are all children of God, including your higher self - it is actually your higher self along with your spirit guides in connection with the, I am Presence, who have been answering those prayers the best way they can. What I am saying is that, while you are a physical representation of your higher self, here on earth, your higher self can act independently (without your physical self being aware.) However, the higher self can also act in concert with your physical self - so as long the enlightened individual has gone within to reconnect for the common good. I know this to be true because Paula and I have experimented with the dynamics on how this works and verified each account.

Example - What I mean by the higher self, acting independently with one another would be the following: One day, while Paula was working, I made another connection to my higher self. The first try, I just decided to see what I looked like - which was amazing, enough. Anyway, I went into meditation, envisioned myself looking into a mirror and began willing my higher self to appear. A few moments later, I was standing before him. I wanted to reach out to him but I got lost in his eyes because when you look into them, it's as if you can see worlds upon worlds. There were so many colors in the eyes, it would be impossible to even describe or paint. No sooner than I could reach out to touch his hands, Paula - her higher self, came out of nowhere, took my hands and then his hands and put them together. When she did this, she smiled this biggest smile and I could feel the love and jubilance radiate from her. Therefore, as you can see, even while Paula was unaware that this was happening, because she was working, her higher self helped me connect to my higher self. She has also found the same to be true with me. If I am busy with day-to-day routines, and she connects with her higher self, she has found my higher self, acting independently without my being aware of it. So far, this is how we have found that it works.

When we go within in an effort to reconnect with our higher selves, we are practicing spirituality the way it has always meant to be practiced. In addition, to reconnect with the higher self is to reconnect with the I am Presence. This is what re-establishes continuity between the Father, The Son and The Holy Ghost and by doing such; we become one with all. Furthermore, by reconnecting with your higher self, you may begin to recover you Life Path Pre-Destined before Incarnation.

Here is a guided meditation, based on the same one I used which enabled me to reconnect with my higher self.

• Find some quiet time either in the middle of the day or before you go to sleep for meditation and close your eyes.
  
  
  
• Clear your mind of everything that goes on in your lives, while concentrating on your breathing patterns. Take a deep breath and let it out slowly. Do this at least 3 times or more until you are completely relaxed. Adjust pattern on your own as needed.

• As you begin to relax, gradually switch your vision over to third eye mode. If you are not familiar with this, picture a television screen that is on, but displaying nothing but a white screen.

• Once you have made the switch to third eye mode or have the white television screen in your site (eyes closed) I want you to ask to meet your higher self and do so, without expectation. Do this as many times as needed and/or expand upon to your desire, until you pick up a flash of a picture. This flash picture may appear to be nothing and may come and go very quickly, so pay attention to that television screen. Once you see that flash picture, acknowledge it and will it back again. Remember, you are acting like a television tuner, tuning into an over the air video signal or even a radio tuning into an audio signal. The only way to bring the picture clearer is to adjust the knob, or in our case, keep willing it back or calling the higher self, forth. It will come, but may take some time and getting used to.

• The next time the picture flashes back on the screen, after calling forth your higher self, take a closer look and see who or what it is. Also, begin to hold that picture in your third eye sight as long as you can. Do not let that picture or image slip away. If the image slips away, begin again by calling forth your higher self. Again, ask to meet and/or see your higher self. Do so without any expectation. If you have an expectation about what you may look like in a light body, there is a chance that the image you see could be, corrupted.

• Now, once you have the image of your higher self, up on the screen and can hold that image just by your desire and or intentions of "seeing," your higher self, take a good luck at The Real You. This is who you were before incarnating on Earth. This is who you have always been.

• Finally, after you have gotten a good look at your higher self, the rest is up to you. My responsibility is to simply put you in touch, if you haven't done so already. However, if I were you, I would work on doing the following: First, if I were you, I would imagine myself taking a step into that television screen and walking right up to my higher self for a hug. Second, if I were you, I would ask as many questions that come to mind - and why wouldn't you? And third, if you have met your Twin Flame either incarnate or not, get to know each other as light bodies and ask each other questions from that perspective because your higher self, really is that much higher in knowledge than you. Oh, and one more thing, be sure that you take the guided tour of Heaven because I think you are really gonna like it - a lot!

Final notes on this meditation: this meditation was based on recent events that lead to both Paula and I, finding our higher selves. While we are both accustomed to utilizing our higher selves, neither of us had thought, up until now, to really take it to this next level of intimacy. Whether there are conditions in which a person may or may not find his/her own higher self, I cannot say. However, if you cannot find yourself in the first try, then try again and practice meditation if you do not already. Whatever you do, don't give up. What works for us, may not work for you. Go within and find out for yourselves - it is there.

Also, the guidelines I have given you may be altered in any way you wish. For instance, if using the television screen as a medium to trick the daytime mind, use the image of a sandy beach or grassy plain. All that matters is that you meet the real you and once you do, get to know each other and that place called Heaven.

 

Divine Feminine - Rising!

In the beginning, the woman was on an even keel with man in this grand illusion we call life! She was heralded, worshipped and cherished, as goddess and deity. Then, as humankind went forward, incarnation after incarnation, a dualistic way of life devolved and a sense of separateness began to divide the masculine from the feminine. When this happened, the woman's role to humanity became second rate to her fellow man.

This dualistic separation came into play thousands of years ago and reared its ugly face in the form of wars, repression and even in some religions. What is more, it has carried over through the ages right on up until our present day situation. Only until just recently has a drastic shift begun to take place, which will ultimately bring the divine feminine and divine masculine back into balance - back to the one! When this process is complete, she will stand eye to eye with fellow man and will no longer be second rate. Only the power of the goddess, also known as the common woman - in spirit and in flesh, can bring this balance, which is so vital. However, it can only be complete when a man or a being of masculine energy is willing welcome it.

 

Picture a cocoon that is cracking open, and then watch the butterfly as she slowly emerges. She pauses for a moment and spreads her wings, then, with all her beauty and grace - she takes flight. This is precisely the stage of our human evolution that we are at right now! All over this planet, cocoons are cracking open - only, we are not talking about butterflies, we are talking about divine feminine - RISING!

When we look around here, today, there are signs all over the place that this process has not only begun but is well underway and has been so for a time. This awakening can be felt in each and every one of us, from the average Joe on the street, right on up to our human race as a collective whole - everybody! So, what does that mean? What it means is that some of us have already come out of our cocoons; many more are emerging even as I write this article, and the vast majority is on the verge - the tipping point.

For those of us who know how wonderfully beautiful and tumultuous this awakening can be, I ask you to imagine what it will be like when that vast majority, who are still asleep, cracks open their cocoons and spreads their wings? If you imagined what it was like to see the collective whole of our society, spread their wings, after asking you to do so and if you feel like I do; then I believe we would agree that it is going to be a wonderfully beautiful and tumultuous ride.

Now, imagine if you will, how Paula described the birthing process of a child in her article: Twin Flames: Birthing into Oneness? Well, once that process of birthing has begun, there is no turning back. It may feel like life or death but in the process of awakening, it is only a transformation. Now, as hard as it can be for a single one of us to go through this awakening, imagine how earth rattling it will be for all of us when that vast majority cracks open their cocoons?

We are already beginning to see examples of the metamorphosis in the world at large. Every single vice that once worked in a dualistic world, from the monetary system, to some aspects of our religious institutions, to the degradation of the all-important role that divine feminine should play in our lives - is coming down! However, it is not as easy and automatic as it sounds. Yes, the awakening is and will continue to quicken, but there is a twist. Those powers that be, with all of their intricately designed institutions of repression which have kept the woman - down, the man - disillusioned, the children - neglected, the poor - starving, the cold - freezing, the nations - warring, the races - divided, the people - in fear, and mother earth - dying, are not going easily. However, regardless of their efforts to maintain the old world dis-order, they will not succeed because they are fearful. It is this fear that makes them want to repress anything that maybe a threat to them - especially divine feminine!

Knowing and understanding as I have over the past 10 months, what it has been like to come together with my divine feminine, as equal parts to a Twin Flame, whole, we have realized that we're still living through this process of awakening, ourselves. On an intuitive level, I feel that everything that has happened to us from the total collapse of everything false in our lives to the discovery of our truths will also happen to everybody else, (if it has not already begun) and to humankind as a collective whole. As the transformation occurs those cocoons that we have called home now for so long, will crack open like the cocoon a butterfly emerges from - only, it will be divine feminine that will ultimately spread her wings and fly.

Only when divine feminine, is recognized as such, can there be an opportunity for balance within a spiritual relationship between the masculine and feminine. In order for this to happen, a man must view her as no less than he is and be able to fully give his heart without fear while he worships her like the goddess she really is, always has been and has always deserved to be. Only then, will there be an opportunity for the merging of their souls - a marriage made in heaven. In addition, when the two can come together in complete balance and experience the way sacred love is meant to be experienced, they may find to their surprise that it is like having one foot in heaven and one foot on earth - the best of both worlds!

I am going to end this article with a meditation I frequently do. Here goes:

Sitting Indian style, I close my eyes. With my left hand (my receiving hand) I reach to the skies. Then, with my right hand over my heart, I begin to build the energy that will spring the kundalini to rise -

With rhythmic breaths, the energy begins to flow and I bring my hands down, palms upward, upon my knees. Then, I will that energy first to my left hand and then to my right and bring it back as I rhythmically breathe -

Next - I send that energy down to my left foot and then I do the same with the right

With one sweeping motion I bring it all back to my heart, just before this bird takes flight -

That's when I bring my hands together to form a cup as if I were to drink of some wine -

Only, this cup is to hold the energy I have created, that has now begun to sparkle and shine -

Shining ever brighter in between my hands, I program this energy with loving intent

To shine a light on all that is false and to bring forth all that was heaven sent -

Then, I lift that ball of energy up in the air - with my arms stretched all the way out - I rise

With one big breath of air - I blow that ball of energy way up into the skies -

And I watch, as it sails up into the clouds, high enough in the air far and above

Where it explodes in pure white light and showers the earth with sparks of love -

To each and every man, woman and child, on every continent on every land

a prayer, sealed with a kiss, we can change this world with one felt sweep of the hand.

Yesterday, with all of the talk of a "new war" brewing with Russia, I remembered a poem I have in a book by Robinson Jeffers also known as the poet of California. Although he passed in 1962, after reading most if not all of his poetry, I believe he had the "sight," - he himself even mentions it in some passages. Anyway, this poem entitled, "Teheran," struck a cord with me.

TEHERAN

The persons wane and fade, they fade out of meaning.
Personal greatness
Was never more than a trick of the light, a halo of illusion
But who are these little smiling attendants
On a world's agony, meeting in Teheran to plot against
whom what future? The future is clear enough,
In the firelight of burning cities and pain-light of that
long battle-line,
That monstrous ulcer reaching from the Arctic Ocean to
the Black Sea, slowly rodent westward: there will
be RUSSIA
And AMERICA; two powers alone in the world; two bulls
in one pasture. And what is unlucky Germany
Between those foreheads?
Observe also
How rapidly civilization coarsens and decays; its better
qualities, foresight, humaneness, disintered

How Twin Flames Connect

Throughout all of our lives, whether we were aware of it or not, we have in fact always been "connected" to our Twin Flames. Even before we ever reunited with our twins, we have always shared our Divine Compliments emotions. Being connected, we have shared them with our Twins in happiness and sadness, in sickness and in good health, and from the physical plain to the astral plain. But, when Twins come together in the flesh, even if they are unable to make a life together for a myriad of possible reasons, nothing can keep them apart - not walls, not chains, not oceans, and not even if they live on separate continents. Twin Flames - when they come together, are able to defy all laws that apply to this physical realm - a dualistic plain that is collapsing now, into oneness.

Whether or not you have found your Twin here on earth, in the flesh, or on the astral plain, you are aware of the psychic connection that you both share - it is automatic! However, if you are looking for your twin, seeking advice on these divine relationships, or trying to hone your newfound abilities after the recent discovery of your Twin Soul, then maybe you will find something in the body of this article to help you - better connect. Just think of it as one Twin Soul offering help to another Twin Soul. Which is what we are supposed to be doing, right?

So, how do Twin Flames connect? Simply put - they connect across all space and time through LOVE. That is it! There is no incense burning, no wizard behind the curtains, and no smoke & mirrors. Love is the key to connecting with your Twin Soul. Without love, nothing is possible.  However, when the Twins keep their hearts open and full with the love of their divine counterpart's essence and energy, they are connected! When Twin Flames become filled with love, they can experience everything that their other half is experiencing across all time, space and distance. You may see, touch, taste, smell, feel, and be with one another if you so desire. The key to connecting and staying connected to your Twin, is Love. As somebody who has practiced remote viewing and shamanic journeying for "seeing" never have I been able to connect to the spirit world with the ease with which I do now, by way of the love I have for my divine feminine. All of my life, I have searched and failed to realize what the one missing piece to the puzzle was - and that was, Love. Only the Twin Flame can show you this.

Let us say that you have found your Twin, and that you want to "see," him or her. You know you are connected and you are certain that you are in love, but you cannot be together because you are separated by distance. So here is what you can do - close your eyes, and begin to think of all those things that you love about your Twin - especially their Essence. Envision yourself as being right there with your Twin and feel your heart fill with love. When your heart is all "big inside" or "full," this is when your connection is at its strongest and will help to amplify your experience. Therefore, when you feel your heart fill with love, with eyes closed, envision that you are literally right there with your Twin and you may be surprised at the clarity with which you will be able to perceive him/her. This is not imagination, although the approach is similar. Speaking from experience, you will literally be able to SEE your Divine Compliment - in real time! Moreover, it does not always require a meditative mode or state of being. Some of you will be able to see your Twin Soul wherever and whenever you want. You may see them driving in their cars, at the computer, in bed, or at work - and it will not matter, even if you live in Australia and he lives in the Europe.

Seeing your Twin Flame across space and time, may take some practice and getting used to. After all, we are not actually seeing with our eyes anymore, we perceive them across time and space through the vibe of love - similar to the way shamans would journey in the days of old. If you and your twin are able to communicate, via the phone or internet, share your experiences with each other and verify them for accuracy. This will help you fine-tune your abilities and help you to understand the difference between real and imaginary. However, I would be willing to bet, you will both be very surprised at how accurate this vibe of love, really is. The vibe of love connecting Twin Flames is a star gate, a wormhole, and a time machine, all in one. In addition, when Twin Flames come together in divine love, they receive access to the Kingdom of God.

Connecting with your Twin Flame, in the act of love or sex, whether you are with or without him/her, is the most beautiful display of creation one can ever experience. Making love with your Twin is unlike any other love you will ever have made. It is dreamlike, it is electric, it is Heaven, and I could go on and on and never find the appropriate words in any language on this planet to accurately describe its true meaning or essence. It is simply impossible because the experience itself goes beyond words and imagination. Nevertheless, it is the human dream - the pinnacle of all life experiences - the divine union of masculine and feminine energy.

Sex with your Twin Flame is rarely about self-pleasure, because each of you will be so intent upon giving or serving the other, that it will not matter. The joy is really in the giving! In fact, your love for one another will be so great that you may feel as though you could just give all day long and be just as satisfied even if you never received a bean from the other. Lovemaking with your divine counterpart can and does last for hours. If it were not for the daily necessities of having to eat and drink just to stay alive, the two of you could go on and on until you collapse in exhaustion. Yet, even then, you may find yourself wanting to display your affection in ever changing new ways of love.

Now, let us say that you have found your twin but cannot be with each other because you live on opposite ends of the earth. Being connected - you may find that you are able to make love to your twin, through the dream state, in meditation, over the phone, and by simply closing your eyes and envisioning yourself doing so. It is quite that simple. Remember, this is not self-pleasure; there are no hands required or no need for the Twin to be there physically. The only thing you need to have to make love to your Twin when you're separated by distance, are hearts full of love, which in turn creates an open connection between the two of you, whereby you will be able to send and receive - LOVE! Through this vibe of love, you will literally be able to make love to your twin without ever laying a hand on him/her and in turn and you may receive all the pleasures that you would if you were there, physically - but only better - much better! The secret to success in making love while you are, separated, will depend only on how much "Love" you hold with your Twin.

Let us say that you have decided to meditate on your Twin Soul and you are both aware that you will be meditating on each other at exactly the same time. Once again, close your eyes and let your heart be filled with the essence of your Divine Compliment. Next, envision yourself (without expectation) as standing or sitting directly in front of him/her. The key to successfully contacting your twin is in, the envisioning of him/her. Through the vibe of love, that you have for each other you may visit each other wherever and whenever you want!

Once you have made contact with your Twin and have a visual the rest is up to you. For me, personally, I prefer to go right up to my Twin at first contact and kiss her. How could I not? I find her irresistible. In addition, do not be surprised to see your Twin "split" from the physical form if they have not done so by the time you reach him/her - this is normal but may take some time to digest if you have not experienced it before. After all, it is very profound! With the realization of the power that you have, some of you may be able to try it all on and find that it fits like a glove, while for others it may take some time to accept - especially while you balance out any karma from the past.  In the beginning, it may seem overwhelming at first as if what you are experiencing is like something out of a Hollywood film. Words of advice - Welcome your Twin Soul and the newfound abilities that go with this relationship because you will never find another like it.

Other things you may notice while being with your Twin in the spirit world is that you may choose to perceive each other, as he/she would appear in the physical, or you may perceive your Twin as pure energy. The perceiving of your Twin in the physical is enough, alone, for the beginner to be "wowed," but when you see and feel the pure energy of your twin soul, this is can create an overwhelming sense of ecstasy that can sometimes be so powerful as to break you from your meditation or snap you back to the physical. When this happens, take a break! There will be other times, because your love, which equals the ability to touch each other across time and space, is going nowhere, for you are, awakened. Simply being together, you collapse all time, space and distance. You are the human dream!

As an end note: Paula (my Twin Soul) and I believe, as we are now beginning to experience, that as more and more Twin Souls reunite and "come online," so to speak, a collective consciousness will emerge. This collective consciousness will not only link yourself to your twin, but will link you to all other Twin Souls that are out there. As more and more Twin Souls come online, the speed and connection we have to work with, will improve. We are literally creating our own web of communication made possible by LOVE. We could all, very well, be linked together through this collective consciousness, which is now accessible.

For most people who find their twin flame, after having had many soulmate relationships, they will begin the process of awakening.

It would seem that for the majority who find their twin are not even looking or not even aware that such a relationship could exist. Only upon finding the twin and having had many synchronicities and cosmic experiences that they begin to look for answers. There seems to be a sort of commonality here that my twin and I certainly share and have found the same to be true with many others.

When twins come together in the beginning, they may find themselves in a magnificent period of ecstasy that they have never experienced before. They will be unstoppable in their love and affection toward one another. In this period, the ego that they have relied upon, is in shock.

As time moves on and this depends on their own unique circumstances, they begin to look for answers as they realize that there love goes far deeper than anything they've ever known. As they begin to receive confirmation after confirmation from others who are finding their twin to heavenly answers that seem to come from just that - heaven, they realize a greater sense of self and this may set them on the path to their final mission which is spiritual in nature. This is the Twin Flame Path.

In the meantime, as their relationship unfolds, their energies will start to balance and the ego begins to realize, something is amiss. There is much to be written about this, alone. For when their energies start to balance it may seem like world war 3 is being waged in their souls. Any past karma that was never made right will come front and center, in the face of that relationship and will need immediate balancing.

The ego begins to play a major role. The paths of these individuals from the time they are born right up until the time they are reunited are quite a bit different than anyone elses. From the beginning, whether they know it or not, their mission has always been to come together and collapse duality. In order to do this, they have been tried, all of their lives and have had many obstacles to overcome. Their lives have not been easy ones by any stretch. In overcoming these obstacles they have had to rely on the ego at times to get them by in that dualistic world. In doings so, they have become masters, if you will. After becoming masters in the "concrete" sense, as the shamans of antiquity have called it, they are then ready to become masters of the "abstract." The concrete, being the earthly ways and the abstract, being the spiritual ways.

So when their energies start to balance they will find that they have to dismantle, so to speak, that very ego that they have relied upon for all of their lives. While they may have had a spiritual path before the reunion of their twin, this ego has also protected them to varying degrees. But now this ego must be dismantled for the balancing of their engergies to come into alignment and be truly "one" with each other.

While the energies of the twins are balancing their world may seem to "fall apart." I have many theories on this, but I feel that anything that is material in nature and is not in tune with the spirit world, must come down. What ensues, is a period of collapse. This seems to be another commonality amongst twin flames: the fact that they may find themselves, losing their job, their homes, their old lifestyles, and even their old habits. The losses of these things, when they happen, most of the time they will have no control over it. They just happen! It will be as if it's been designed by a higher power and that it is. How long each one of these balancing periods lasts will simply depend on how heavy they have had to rely upon their ego in the past.

As all of these things are playing out in the twin flame relationship, they will begin to hone their new or not so new found psychic abilities. For those who have been working on their abilities their whole lives, the reunion with the twin will greatly enhance what ever talents they had before. And for those who never realized the gifts that they could utilize, upon the reunion with their twin, they will likely be, "awakened."

The realization by the twins of their ability to collapse space and time can be a wondrous period of enlightenment. Even if they are still living seperately on the planet or in different dimensions nothing can keep them apart. If they are living apart they will quickly realize that through many mediums they can still be with each other - even if they are living on opposite sides of this planet. Through the dreamstate, meditation and even by simply closing their eyes, they will be able to reach out and connect with one another.

Their love for each other is timeless. Time itself seems to slow down and altogether stop, especially when they come together in the flesh. I have many theories as to these time related commonalities that twin flames, share, but I have a hunch that when enough twin flames come together, at a certain point, I believe that they will usher in the so called "new age," that has been prophesied about.

I have witnessed this collapse of time and if the simple reunion of a twin flame couple can do this, imagine what the reunions of 1 million couples could do in a world population of 6.8 billion souls. I believe at some point in "time" that there will be a tipping point that will lead to this mass awakening.

I can only imagine what the ramifications would be, but I believe it could be both wonderful and chaotic at the same time - the birthing of a new age.

Usually when I decide to post something in my blog I try and put me in there. After all, this is what I know best. I suppose I could comb the web for articles about all the things that interest me to share with you but my life, as of late, is just too damn interesting not to share. This is the most important time of my life - right now! Besides, Gaia gives me a medium to record all these important things that are transpiring in my life - like a journal of sorts. Whether or not what I write can touch off some insight in another, is just the icing on the cake :)

For those of you have read some of my past blogs, you know that I am currently in the middle of connecting with what most people would define as a "Twin Flame." I would actually prefer not to call it anything but most of what I've read would indicate that that is exactly what I am in - and the universe keeps unfolding before me, showing me new things all the time. This string of consecutive synchronicities, I believe, has paved the way for a deeper understanding between my twin flame and I. One that I never expected.

It all began while thinking about all the synchronicities that have happened to us - signs that point to something much more special than I've ever known. I know the universe is doing this for a purpose and will continue to do so into the future, but what about the past? Pondering that question I began to think of the oldest memory that I have. Immediately I was taken back to that little girl who was wearing a dress. She stood on the front lawn of an old house before a group of tall trees. There was a driveway of sorts with worn down grass that ran inbetwen the grouping of trees and the house, itself. The feeling I had while seeing that little girl, was that this was me, a long long time ago. I also remember seeing this same little girl in that same dress admiring a grouping of flowers with a well beyond those flowers on the other side of that house.

This memory I have is the oldest one in my mind. I used to ask my mother about it when I was young but she couldn't make heads or tales of what that was all about. What I do know is that this memory, technically should not be there or at least it is not a part of anything that's gone on in this lifetime.

So...on that note, I decided to ask Paula (my twin flame) what her oldest memory was, without telling her mine ;) I wanted her to go first. So she began to tell me that she's had this recurring dream of a little girl and a little boy playing in the yard - then she went on to describe everything that I just put down and much more. She described the girl in the dress exactly how I remember it and then went on to describe the area of the yard, where I remember seeing that little girl. She even described a little boy who she was playing with and that they seemed to share this very tight bond. This area of the yard, was their favorite place to play - under the trees. She told me that their names were Bud and Kiddie. Everytime, Kiddie would get too close to the well that was in the yard, Bud would come over in hysterics with tears rolling down his face and get her away from the well. He was scared for her. Paula got the feeling that it was as if Bud knew something that she didn't...as if he was somewhat more aware and she was just a happy go lucky little girl.

When Paula described what transpired between the little boy and girl, by the well, it was as if I had the wind knocked out of me. Tears rolled down my own face because what she described sparked something in me that I had forgotten. In other words, this is not something I remember like the memory of the girl in the dress but when Paula described what happened it all came back to me.

Whatever the case, my twin flame and I are able to describe the same house with the same yard. Paula got the feeling from this recurring dream that the little girl was supposed to be her only she never gave it much thought until I asked her to think real hard about anything that stands out as a memory. Even though I always thought the little girl was supposed to be me, the thinking is now that the boy was probably me which would explain why I remember the girl so well and she remembers the boy so well. You have to remember, this is the oldest memory I have, I think I'm lucky to remember it at all. Nevertheless we are most certainly talking about the same time and place - only in another lifetime.

I always wondered if reincarnation was possible and once again the universe has provided an answer to that question.

Moving forward with these past life memories, we've thought about delving deeper into them and perhaps even pursuing a past life regression session to see what transpired between the two. For now, though, Paula would like to wait because the feeling she got from the dream was one that, something went wrong and she is not ready to feel that again - which is understandable. I myself, would still be open to past life regression. Although, the way the universe has provided the answers to any of our questions in the past, I'm not sure if we're going to need one.

So, what is the oldest memory YOU have??? Think about it - because you never know :-)

I've never met a person who didn' come to the board hoping to win the game he/she just sat down to play. But that's cool - because in us, we all hope to win - even if it's in fun, right? But when that game is life, there are real winners and losers and sometimes people who never even sit at the table get hurt. These people are the innocent ones - our children, loved ones, grandparents, etc...

So - in the game of life, life as it is "today" why does the ordinary man still play a game that he can't win at? The system itself is not working for the ordinary man. I don't know about you, but I haven't been able to put money in the bank in quite awhile. I have spent the last 17 years of my life working my way up the ladders of the telecomm industry and still can't put money in the bank. There are so many excuses that i've heard by the government - the economy, the stock market, the dotcom bubble, the housing market, and more recently the fuel crisis. So will it ever get better? I don't believe so.

I'm sure there are few exceptions in this world - those of you who are making it, but the majority is not.

If you're reading this post by now, then you probably think/feel I'm kinda pissed. The answer to that is - YES I am pissed. Reason: I was laid off over a month ago (once again) and I can take all the pain in the world - but it is my daughters that I worry about. That is what I mean by innocent people being hurt by an honest man that comes to the table to play the game of life.

So today I woke up, checked my email hoping for any one of the major telecom companies to reply to my resume and as usual, there was nothing. As the day went on, I logged into Gaia a few times to see how my friends are doing and all was well. But sometimes we all get weak - I began thinking about what could happen to my daughters if I didn't start bringing in some money soon - then it began to spiral.

I felt myself getting really tired and I laid down in the bed. I wondered why an engineer like myself couldn't find work. I am approaching 18 years of experience in the telecomm industry and I can't find work. So I laid there and I began praying - not for me - but for my daughters, because it's not their fault their father has been hit by hardship after hardship. But  yet they will suffer just the same because this system is absolutely unforgiving.

Candidly - the conversation between myself and the spirit world was profound. I held nothing back. There is no amount of fire and brimstone that this world could rain upon my being and phase me. I laid it out to the spirit world in black and white what my wishes were. I wasn't nice about it at all.

So, I laid there praying, not out of fear for me but for my daughters. And all I've done is to try and provide for children. After some amount of time in prayer, I fell asleep.

About an hour after I woke up, the phone rang. I GOT A JOB OFFER! And so I play again.

As usual, I go to the table with a poker face and stare fear in the eyes, not blinking once. You can never blink.

Around the time this video came out, I was a senior in high school. Of all the people that I thought would ever teach me about global consciousness, i never thought it would be my economics teacher. I can vividly remember him spending whole classes talking about the so-called "greenhouse effect" and listening to him while most everyone else was either falling asleep or cracking jokes. So I did my thesis on the greenhouse effect and got an A :) and became more enlightened.

Amongst other things - this song ROCKS!
